“Al fin una Plaza” is more than a parking garage for Madrid, it aims to avoid the current contamination in the city and connect the two parts of the highway. This building tries to leave the cars out of the city and collect them all along on the highways.

This project revitalizes the Plaza Elíptica. It is also connected to the subway and bus station and provides a Plaza with temporary uses.
